Notice is hereby given that the Town of Greenville, Florida, will accept sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. (local time), on July 7, 2020 for the following project:
This project is for a new grocery store for the Town of Greenville, Florida of approximately 8,000 square feet. The code classification for the project is a Group A3 Assembly and the construction type is Type V-B. The program includes a designed area for the display and sale of groceries, and administrative office, back of house storage, Deli, Meat Cutting, Freezers and coolers and two (2) ADA toilet rooms, loading dock, and adjacent on-street parking
At 2:00 p.m. (local time), July 7, 2020 the bids will be opened and read aloud at Greenville Senior / Youth Center located at: NW Corner of intersection of Onslow Street and Old Mission Avenue, Greenville, Florida 32331.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on June 17, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Greenville Senior / Youth Center located at: NW Corner of intersection of Onslow Street and Old Mission Avenue, Greenville, Florida 32331. All bidders must attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
Please submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of your bid in a sealed envelope reflecting on the outside thereof the bidder’s name and "Sealed Bid for Stan’s Quality Meats of Greenville”.
The Town will consider all bids properly submitted at its scheduled Bid Opening.
The Town of Greenville shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting agreement that is in its best interest. All bidding and award procedures undertaken by the Town in regard to this project shall be consistent with the Town’s adopted procurement procedures and with the rules and regulations of the Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program. Bid prices shall remain in effect for 90 days after bid opening.
The lowest responsive and responsible bid will be recommended for award at the Town Council meeting scheduled for August 12, 2019.
