Lafayette County:

Lafayette County offers a number of available sites and buildings with uses ranging from industrial, commercial, retail, office and warehouse space.  These sites and buildings are available in numersous sizes and at various locations which is specific to your business needs.

Expansion of the County’s industrial park is expected to increase future development as well as job creation within the region.  Lafayette County recently received a Rural Development Grant in the amount of $200,000 from USDA that will aide in the diversification of Lafayette County’s economy and provide incentives to smaller businesses desiring to locate within the industrial park.
