Rural Economic Development Summit Rescheduled for December 13-15, 2017

Florida Rural Economic Development Summit Registrants and Sponsors:

Because of some unavoidable circumstances due to Hurricane Irma, we had to postpone the Florida Rural Economic Development Summit. We have been able to reschedule the event at the World Golf Village Renaissance Resort in St. Augustine for December 13 – 15, 2017 with the same rate of $119.00 per night.

We want to provide the following options for your convenience:

If you are able to attend based on the new dates, please inform us and we can retain your payment and all you would have to do is contact the hotel and re-register for your hotel room. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements by calling (800) 468-3571 or through their website at Renaissance World Golf Village Hotel Link using the special conference code EDAEDAA.
If you are not able to attend but would like to have another individual come in your place, please advise us of the name(s) of the individuals that will attend and have them contact the hotel directly to register for their overnight rooms. We will also forward these persons a Summit registration form to complete and return to our office so we will need their contact information (email address).
If you are not able to attend and do not have a replacement, please advise us of this situation and we will start the refund process of your registration payment.
