HAECO Americas is a nationally recognized industry leader in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of commercial airliners and military aircraft.  The company has had a presence in Columbia County at the Lake City Gateway Airport for many years, but has grown significantly in the past 5 years.  The airport is owned and operated by the City of Lake City which has recognized the airport as an important economic development asset.  It has a new modern terminal with a pilot’s lounge, a state-of-the-art conference room, jet-fuel and avgas and rental cars.
